2025 European Championships Report

École Jeannine Manuel, Paris, brought 10 History Bowl teams to the 2025 European Championships and won the Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Middle School titles.

The 2025 International Academic Competitions European Championships

Featuring the International History Bowl, International Academic Bowl, International History Bee, International Geography Bee, International Science Bee & European Championships Exams

International Academic Competitions held its 2025 European Championships at GRG-23 in Vienna, Austria from Friday, May 30 to Sunday, June 1. This was the 13th European Championships and the first time that the tournament was held in Austria. We had a record turnout of students in the International Science Bee, and close to 200 competing students across all events. Competing teams in the International History Bowl and International Academic Bowl are listed below along with links to the results. David Solomon of the Akademisches Gymnasium, Wien, became the first student ever from Austria to make the finals of the International History Bee European Championships.
